In response to an outbreak of Ebola, world governments simultaneously release an Israeli developed immunizing super virus in every major airport. But the developer withholds a secret about the super spreader delivery system. Unaware of the developer’s secret, a Russian agent substitutes the Z-Factor Virus, a bioweapon, for the immunizing super virus. The plan is for infected Ukrainians to beg the Russian military to restore order. Russia’s plan backfires. Z-Factor rapidly spreads throughout the globe.
