On a steamy Florida morning, Seychelle answers a distress call launched from the five-million-dollar Broward yacht Top Ten. Once aboard, she finds a dead woman, but Neal Garrett, a man Seychelle knows only too well and the yacht’s hired skipper, is nowhere to be found.

Molly Blackburn, nicknamed Jane the Ripper by the Las Vegas press after killing eleven men while posing as a prostitute, was strapped to the chair without incident. The switch was flipped.
