More than two hundred and eighty years have passed since the global nuclear war of 2024, and the last of humanity remains sealed inside a biodome, governed with an iron first by a merciless dictatorship. Divided into two separate societies, the Domers live a life of privilege while those beneath their feet spend their lives in the Pit, working to keep the biodome running smoothly.
